Warranty
What does our warranty cover:
The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from The Charm Box and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.
What our warranty doesn't cover:

General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care, watch battery depletion or damage caused by incorrect usage or accidental damage, scratches, broken glass or chips, damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party, lost or stolen goods or parts.

The warranty period:
For all charm purchases the warranty is one (1) year and one (1) year for any other item purchased from MiMi Essentials.
Within the warranty period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, we will provide a like for like or acceptable replacement, at no charge. If your product is not available, an acceptable alternative will be provided.
Any replacement item will be covered under a new warranty period from the date of issue.
